Application of the Unified Management Combined with Independent Treatments in Modern Tobacco Agriculture Development

As a specific system theory, the method of Unified management combined with independent treatments (UMCWIT) is a concentrative reflection of materialistic view. Modern tobacco agriculture construction is a system project without unified path and method. The uniform of efficiency and fair, efficiency and quality, and efficiency and normalization, need to resort to the UMCWIT thinking method. The connotation and applications of the UMCWIT thinking method in modern tobacco agriculture construction were introduced, and its application principles were discussed.
