During the process of exploring and promoting tobacco lean production, management staff have been innovating actively, enriching basic information, dividing production grid scientific, and emphasizing "1 + X" management, thus, a management mode of tobacco lean production with grid management as core had preliminarily formed in Weifang tobacco region. The management mode had promoted the development of modern tobacco agriculture.
