    Effects of Combined Amendment on Soil Remediation and Cd Accumulation in Flue-cured Tobacco

    • In order to study the dosage of conditioner on remediation results in Cd polluted soils, pot experiments were conducted in the Greenhouse of Qingjiangyuan Modern Tobacco Agricultural Science Park in Hubei, China.Dosage effects of conditioner on soil physical and chemical properties, soil total Cd, soil exchangeable Cd and tobacco leaves Cd content were studied. The results indicated that application of combined amendment significantly increased soil pH and CEC, and reduced exchangeable soil Cd. Application of combined amendment resulted in reducd contents of Cdin tobacco leaves,and the maximum reduction of Cd content was 51.59%.
