Effects of Applying Various Organic Fertilizers on Agronomic Attributes, Yield and Quality of Zhongyan100

Abstract: In order to find out proper organic fertilizers and provide a theoretical basis for the fertilization technology of Zhongyan100, a flue-cured tobacco variety, field experiments were conducted in two locations during 2006-2007. The agronomic traits, the disease prevalence situation in field, the major economic characters and the chemical component contents of Zhongyan100, were investigated after applying different organic fertilizers. The results showed that Bafuxian bio-organic fertilizer enhanced the growth vigor and the disease resistance, improved the major economic characters and the chemical components of Zhongyan100. In conclusion, applying Bafuxian bio-organic fertilizer can improve leaf quality of Zhongyan100.
