    Genetic Analysis of Easy Curing Potential in Flue-cured Tobacco with the Mixed Major-gene Plus Polygene Inheritance Model

    • The easy curing potential of 4 populations (P1, P2, F1 and F2 which were from the combination between flue-cured tobacco varieties P1 Yunyan85 and P2 Dabaijin599) was genetically analyzed with the mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model. The results showed that the easy curing potential could be controlled by the model E1 (two major additive-domiant-epistatic genes plus additive-dominant polygene), and there were interactive effect between the two major-genes. The heritability of major-genes was 64.09%, and that of polygene was 6.59%, which indicated that F2 generation showed the higher inheritance effect of major-genes.
