Since 2008, Enshi tobacco company have being promoted development of “Qingjiang source” characteristic high-quality tobacco leaf brand, finished all research of “QingJiang source” project,established connection of “QingJiang source” brand and key cigarette brand by “1135” project. This paper introduced the connotation, significance and achievement of “1135”project, so as to deepen the understanding of “1135” project and provide theoretical support and the policy reference for promoting the Enshi tobacco raw material security and technology innovation level.
