(2) After using matrine, the chemical compositions of middle and lower leaves were more harmonious. The composite score of smoking quality of middle leaves was higher than CK. Matrine had better efficiency for Helicoverpa assulta and Myzus persicae. (3) By using integrated control techniques, the occurrence of tobacco diseases and insects pests and the cost for control decreased largely, and the outputs and quality of tobacco leaves increased.
