Abstract
The objective of this study was to explore the spatial distribution of soil nutrients, and to provide a solid foundation for management of nutrients. 3255 of tobacco and paddy soil samples were collected by using GPS technology in Hunan province. Descriptive analysis characteristics and spatial variation characteristics were studied. The results indicated that anisotropic structure of nutrient contents of tobacco and paddy soil varied evidently, soil organic content, total N, available P and available K were of moderate spatial autocorrelations, the anisotropic structure varied evidently, and their spatial variability was caused by structural factors and random factors. Spatial distribution maps showed that total N was high in the whole area, organic content was moderate, only 7.43% of the area was insufficient in organic matter, 18.33% of the area was deficient in available P, and 33.25% in available K.
