    Effect of Light Adjusting Film on Soil Temperature and Production of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • In order to further increase tobacco yield, its value, and income of planters in Guizhou, field experiments were conducted to compare the effects between light adjusting film and ordinary plastic film. The results showed that light adjusting film had better effect (0.3-2.0 ℃) than ordinary film in increasing ground temperature, and light adjusting film increased the number of tobacco effective leaves, shortened field growth period, promoted tobacco mature, increased yield and higher grade leaves, and output. Therefore, light adjusting film has high potential in flue-cured tobacco production.
