    打叶后不同尺寸片烟挥发性化学物质的差异性分析

    Difference Analysis of Volatile Chemical Compound Contents in Tobacco Strips of Different Size after Threshing

    • 摘要: 分析打叶后不同尺寸片烟挥发性化学物质含量的差异性及变化趋势，为研究片烟结构对卷烟化学成分及感官质量的影响提供参考。利用叶片振动分选机对打叶后的片烟进行筛分，分别测定不同尺寸片烟中的挥发性有机酸和挥发性致香物质。利用单因素方差分析研究不同尺寸片烟各单项化学物质含量的差异性，利用直观分析揭示不同尺寸片烟挥发性有机酸和挥发性致香物质总量的变化趋势。结果表明，对于同一等级初烤烟叶，打叶后片烟尺寸由大到小，各单项挥发性化学物质含量均存在显著性差异和规律性变化趋势；挥发性有机酸和挥发性致香物质总量均呈现逐渐升高的变化趋势。打叶后不同尺寸片烟的化学成分含量存在显著性差异。不同尺寸片烟分布的均匀性对最终产品质量具有重要影响。

       

      Abstract: The difference of volatile chemical compounds in tobacco strips of different size were investigated in order to provide a reference for exploring the effect of strip structure on cigarette chemical compounds and sensory quality. Threshed strips were screened using a blade vibratory separator. Volatile chemical compound contents of different size strips were determined. Single factor variance analysis and intuitionistic analysis were conducted. The results showed that, for procured tobacco in the same grade, when the size of threshed strips changed from large to small, total contents of volatile organic acids and volatile aroma compounds showed an increase trend. There was a significant difference in the chemical composition of tobacco leaves with different sizes after threshing. Therefore, the distribution uniformity of different sizes strips has an important effect on the stability of the final cigarette quality.
