    气候与土壤因子对烟叶特征物质的影响

    Effects of Climatic and Soil Factors on Characteristic Materials in Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 在贵州3 个烟叶产地,互换土壤,结合打破犁底层的耕作措施,通过两因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析(逐步法),研究了气候和土壤因子对烟叶特征物质的影响。研究发现,气候因子对烟叶腺毛分泌物、烟碱、总氮、还原糖及总糖含量的贡献率大于土壤因子;就烟叶钾含量而言,土壤因子为主要影响因子;一定范围内,降雨利于腺毛分泌物的形成,气温上升利于控烟碱,旺长期降雨利于提高总糖,旺长期日照增加利于提高还原糖,成熟期日照增加利于控总氮;土壤矿物组成、土壤速效钾含量接近的情况下,土壤全氮含量与烟叶钾含量互为消长。

       

      Abstract: In three tobacco planting areas of Guizhou, by use of soil exchange with plough layer breaking, the effects of climatic and soil factors on characteristic materials in tobacco leaves were studied by means of two factors variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (stepwise method). The results showed that climatic factors had higher contribution rate to contents of secretion of glandular hairs, nicotine, total nitrogen, reducing sugar and total sugar in tobacco leaves compared with soil factors. However, the main factors affecting potassium contents in tobacco leaves were soil factors. In a certain range, rainfall was favorable to the formation of secretion of glandular hairs, the increase of average temperature was favorable to control of nicotine, rainfall was favorable to the increase of total sugar in vigorous growth stages, the increase of sunshine hours was favorable to the increase of reducing sugar in vigorous growth stages, and the increase of sunshine hours was favorable to control of total nitrogen in mature stages. When mineral composition and active potassium contents in soils were similar, there was mutual inhibition competition between total nitrogen contents in soils and potassium contents in tobacco leaves.
