      烟草现代生物育种发展现状与展望

      Current Status and Prospect of Tobacco Modern Breeding

      • 摘要: 烟草是重要的经济作物,新品种的培育和推广对烟叶生产具有重要意义。经过多年发展,烟草育种技术不仅实现了从传统选择育种向精准生物育种的转变,而且实现了从单基因、单性状定向改良到多基因、多性状聚合育种的跨越。烟草定向精准改良、烟草基因编辑育种、烟草全基因组模块化育种、烟草全基因组选择育种四大技术体系,推动了烟草育种理论和技术的整体性变革。本综述系统阐述了烟草生物育种在理论创新、烟草现代育种技术发展及新品种培育方面取得的突破性进展,并展望了育种4.0时代烟草现代生物育种和智慧育种的发展路径,为推动烟草种业创新发展提供参考。

         

        Abstract: Tobacco is an important economic crop. The cultivation and development of new varieties have made significant contributions to tobacco production. With the development of modern breeding technology, tobacco breeding has shifted from traditional breeding to precision breeding, which is a leap from the directional improvement of single gene/character to effective pyramiding breeding of multiple genes and characters. Tobacco targeted and precise improvement breeding, large-scale gene editing breeding, whole genome modular breeding and genomic selection, promoted the transformation of tobacco breeding concept and technology. In this paper, we provided an overview of the progress made in modern tobacco breeding theory and technology, development of new variety, and proposed the development strategies for tobacco modern breeding and smart breeding in the era of breeding 4.0, providing roadmap for promoting the innovative development of tobacco breeding.
