      21种农药对丽蚜小蜂的急性毒性及安全性分析

      Analysis of Toxicity and Safety of Common Pesticides in Tobacco on Encarsia formosa

      • 摘要: 本研究通过药膜法和浸渍法,分别测定21种常用农药对丽蚜小蜂Encarsia formosa成虫与寄生蛹的毒性效应,并结合安全系数与羽化抑制率进行风险评估,以期为黄淮烟区协调生物防治与化学防治提供科学依据。结果表明,2种农药对丽蚜小蜂成虫毒性属于高风险(均为杀虫剂,安全系数<0.5),12种农药属于中等风险(安全系数0.5~5.0,含杀虫剂、杀菌剂及抑芽剂),7种农药属于低风险(安全系数>5.0,以植物免疫诱导剂和生物源杀菌剂为主)。8种农药对丽蚜小蜂寄生蛹羽化抑制率在50%~80%之间(含7种杀虫剂及抑芽剂氟节胺),属中等风险;13种农药羽化抑制率在20%~50%之间(含3种杀虫剂、全部杀菌剂、植物免疫诱导剂及除草剂),属低风险。综上,多数杀虫剂对丽蚜小蜂成虫及蛹具有中高风险,应避免在丽蚜小蜂释放期和羽化高峰期使用,部分杀菌剂、抑芽剂对丽蚜小蜂也有影响,建议优先选用低风险药剂,并通过施药方式优化实现协同防控。

         

        Abstract: This study evaluated the toxic effects of 21 commonly used pesticides on adults and pupal parasitoids of Encarsia formosa using residual film and dipping methods, and conducted a risk assessment based on safety factors (SF) and eclosion inhibition rates, aiming to provide a scientific basis for integrating biological and chemical control strategies in the Huanghuai tobacco-growing regions. The results showed that based on the toxicity to E. formosa adults, two pesticides were classified as high risk both insecticides, safety factor (SF) <0.5; twelve as medium risk (SF 0.5–5.0, including insecticides, fungicides, and bud inhibitors);and seven as low risk (SF>5.0, primarily plant immunity inducers and bio-source fungicides). Eight pesticides showed eclosion inhibition rates of 50%-80% (including seven insecticides and the bud inhibitor flumetralin), categorized as medium risk; thirteen pesticides had inhibition rates of 20%–50% (including three insecticides, all fungicides, plant immunity inducers and herbicide), classified as low risk. In conclusion, most insecticides pose medium to high risks to both adults and pupae of E. formosa. Therefore, their application should be avoided during the wasp release period and peak eclosion phase. Certain fungicides and bud inhibitors also affect E. formosa. Priority should be given to low-risk alternatives, with optimized application methods to achieve synergistic pest control.
