    烟草黑胫病抗性的漂浮苗鉴定方法

    A Float System Resistant Identification Method of Tobacco Black Shank

    • 摘要: 烟草黑胫病是烟草生产上的毁灭性病害之一。建立烟草黑胫病抗性的漂浮苗接种鉴定方法,对抗病育种具有重要意义。通过分离菌株的致病性测定,确定了用于抗病性鉴定等后续研究的黑胫病菌162#菌株。研究了烟草黑胫病菌漂浮苗接种鉴定方法,分析了不同接种条件对烟草黑胫病温室鉴定结果的影响。结果表明,40 d苗龄接种、池内水温28 ℃、创伤接种鉴定方法比较适宜品种的抗性鉴定与评价。分别采用漂浮苗接种法、温室盆栽接种法和田间病圃接种鉴定法对烟草品种进行了黑胫病的抗性鉴定,对比了3种不同鉴定方法的鉴定效果和优缺点,建立了水培接种鉴定方法。

       

      Abstract: Tobacco black shank is one of the most destructive diseases in tobacco. It is highly significance to establish an identification method on resistant of tobacco black shank using inoculation in a float seeding system. Pathogenicity determination was conducted and No 162 isolate was screened to study resistant identification of tobacco black shank disease. A resistant identification method in float seeding system was studied and the influence was analysized for different inoculation condition on identification results. The results showed that 40 d seedling inoculation, water temperature 28 ℃ and wound inoculation was fit to resistant identification and evaluation of tobacco varieties. Three inoculation methods (float system, pot experiment, and field nursery) were compared with regard to resistant identification. An identification method on resistant of tobacco black shank using inoculation in a float seeding system was established.
