    云南白肋烟中性香气物质含量及与国内外烟叶对比分析

    Comparative Analysis of Neutral Aroma Components between Yunnan and Domestic and International Burley Tobacco

    • 摘要: 为了解云南白肋烟中性香气物质组成特点及与国内外重要烟区白肋烟中性香气物质含量的异同,收集了我国云南8个样点及四川、湖北、重庆及美国、马拉维产区白肋烟样品,采用聚类分析法对样品的中性香气物质含量进行分析。结果表明,白肋烟类胡萝卜素类总量美国产区的含量最高,苯丙氨酸类、西柏烷类、棕色化产物类及除新植二烯外香气物质总量均是重庆的含量最高。聚类分析将所有样品分为2类,75%的云南样点与马拉维产区为一类,其类胡萝卜素类物质和苯丙氨酸类总量均略大于马拉维产区烟叶中的含量, 其余样点则与美国产区为一类,除类胡萝卜素类物质低于美国产区烟叶中的含量外,其余各成分含量均高于美国产区烟叶中的含量。总的来说,云南白肋烟与马拉维白肋烟具有较高的相似性。

       

      Abstract: The burley tobacco samples from eight areas in Yunnan, Sichuan, Hubei, Chongqing, USA, and Malawi were collected and the contents of their neutral aroma components were analyzed by cluster analysis to understand the characteristics and contents differences of neutral aroma components in burley tobacco between Yunnan and other main production areas both in China and abroad. The results showed that samples from USA had the highest contents of carotenoids, and Chongqing had the highest contents of phenylalanines, browning reactions, cembranoids and total neutral aroma components but neophytadiene. The results of cluster analysis showed that the samples could be clustered into two groups. 75% of the samples from Yunnan could be classified into one group with Malawi, the contents of carotenoids, phenylalanines were higher than those in Malawi, the other samples from Yunnan could be classified into one group with USA, besides carotenoids, the rest of the ingredients were all higher than those from USA. In conclusion, Yunnan burley has higher similarity with USA burley.
