    烟草中性致香物质的配合力研究

    Combining Ability of Tobacco Neutral Fragrant Substance

    • 摘要: 为了使混合型卷烟由原来的物理混合向化学混合转变,利用9个烤烟品种(系)及一个白肋烟品种(TN90),按NCⅡ交配设计配制25个杂交组合。对烟草中性致香物质的配合力进行了分析。结果表明,烟草中性致香物质的遗传特性主要受基因非加性效应控制。通过中性致香物质在各亲本材料中一般配合力(GCA)效应的综合表现,Va116、红花大金元是较为理想的亲本;综合中性致香物质在各组合间的特殊配合力(SCA)表现,较理想的组合有NC82×红花大金元、NC2326×TN90、Va116×GDH88和G140×TN90。

       

      Abstract: To make blended cigarettes to transfer from original physical mixture to chemical mixture, by using NC Ⅱ design, 25 crosses were acquired from 9 tobacco varieties (lines) and a burley tobacco variety TN90, and in which the neutral aroma of tobacco combining ability were analyzed. The results showed that the genetic characteristics of the three main flavoring substances affecting the tobacco flavor style mainly controlled by non-additive gene effects. Through comprehensive performance in the parent material of general combining ability(GCA)effect by neutral aroma components, the Va116, Honghuadajinyuan were ideal parent; for the comprehensive neutral aroma components in various combinations by specific combining ability(SCA)performance, the ideal combination include: NC82 × Honghuadajinyuan, NC2326 × TN90, and Va116 × GDH88, G140 × TN90.
