    腾冲火山灰土壤区域烟叶化学成分特征

    Chemical Composition of Flue-cured Tobacco in Volcanic Ash Soil Region in Tengchong

    • 摘要: 为研究云南腾冲火山灰土烟叶质量特征及原因,通过田间试验比较了水稻土、黄壤、红壤和火山灰土的土壤理化性状及其烟叶的化学成分特征。结果表明,火山灰土容重最低,物理性状优良,养分性状与其他土壤差异不显著。火山灰土烟叶总糖为30.14%,显著低于黄壤和水稻土。钾含量和烟叶化学成分可用性指数分别为2.55%和0.71,显著高于黄壤和水稻土。叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素和芸香苷含量分别为130.40 μg/g、133.40 μg/g和11.75 mg/g,均显著高于其他土壤。质体色素降解产物总体含量与其他土壤差异不显著。非挥发性有机酸总量为70.03 mg/g,显著高于黄壤和红壤,其中苹果酸含量为 45.10 mg/g,显著高于其他土壤。土壤物理性状优良可能是火山灰土烟叶独具特色的重要原因。

       

      Abstract: To explore quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco, field experiments were conducted to study the characteristics of the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco in four soils (paddy soil, yellow soil, red soil, and volcanic ash soil). The results showed that the physical properties of volcanic ash soils were fine, and its bulk density was 0.73 g/cm3, which was the lowest among the four soils. The content of total sugar was 30.14% in flue-cured tobacco planted in volcanic ash soil, which was significantly lower than those in the yellow soil and paddy soil. The content of potassium and the availability index of chemical composition were 2.55% and 0.71, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in yellow soil and paddy soil. The content of lutein, beta-carotene and rutin were 130.40 μg/g, 133.40 μg/g and 11.75 mg/g respectively, which were the highest among the four soils. The content of pigment degradation products was 31.42 mg/g, and there was not significant difference observed among four soils; The content of total volatile organic acids was 70.03 mg/g, which was significantly higher than those in yellow soil and red soil. Malic acid was 45.10 mg/g, which was the highest among the four soils. The physical characteristics of volcanic ash soils seems to be important factors for high quality tobacco with characteristics in volcanic ash soil.
