    烟碱对小鼠运动性疲劳的作用研究

    Effect of Nicotine on the Mouse Exercise Induced Fatigue

    • 摘要: 为研究烟碱对小鼠负重游泳时间和抗疲劳相关理化指标的影响,选择SPF昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为4组,试验组每天分别皮下注射尼古丁酒石酸盐(生理盐水配制)0.1 mg/kg、0.5 mg/kg、1.0 mg/kg,对照组每天注射1.0 mg/kg生理盐水,在注射20 d后检测体重、负重游泳时间,以及血尿素氮、血乳酸、肝糖原含量.结果表明,0.5 mg/kg尼古丁酒石酸盐能显著增加小鼠游泳时间,降低血尿素氮和血乳酸浓度,而对肝糖原含量没有影响.小鼠游泳时间的增加可能是因为烟碱刺激小鼠激素的分泌而导致运动能力增强.

       

      Abstract: To investigate the effect of nicotine on mice swimming tine and physical and chemical indicators of fatigue, SPF Kunming male mice were randomly divided into four groups. Experimental groups were injected subcutaneously nicotine tartrate (Formulated with saline) daily at concentrations of 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 mg/kg. Control group was injected with saline at the concentration of 1.0 mg/kg. After 20 days, mice weight were weighed, the swimming time, urea nitrogen, blood lactate and glycogen were measured. The results showed that 0.5 mg/kg nicotine tartrate could increase swimming time significantly, reduce blood urea concentration and blood lactate glycogen concentration significantly, but could not affect the liver glycogen concentration. The mechanism was speculated that nicotine might stimulate the secretion of hormones and enhances activity in mice.
