    豫南烟区烟草青枯病危害调查及病原鉴定

    The Disease Survey and Pathogen Isolation of Tobacco Bacterial Wilt in Henan Province

    • 摘要: 2014年从豫南烟区信阳市罗山县、驻马店市确山县和遂平县共采集25个疑似青枯病烟草病样和10份病土,分离纯化出菌株26个,测序所得的序列与NCBI数据库中的Ralstonia solanacearum基因组序列进行Blast比对,相似度达到98%以上,对分离鉴定得到的烟草青枯病菌进行回接试验,表现出典型的青枯病症状,发病组织在TTC培养基上也同样分离得到典型的青枯菌菌落,证实病原为烟草青枯病病原。由此表明,豫南烟区确有烟草青枯病的发生。

       

      Abstract: In 2014, 35 suspected tobacco bacterial wilt disease samples were collected from Luoshan, Queshan and Suiping counties of southern areas in Henan Province and 26 bacterial strains were isolated. The sequence similarity between the 26 strains and the Ralstonia solanacearum in NCBI database was more than 98 percent. Typical symptoms of bacterial wilt were observed when the isolated strains were used to inoculate tobacco and Ralstonia solanacearum colonies were obtained on TTC medium from the infected tissues. All of the above indicated that the isolated strains were pathogen of tobacco bacterial wilt disease. This study showed that tobacco bacterial wilt occurred in southern areas of Henan Province.
