    过氧化氢增氧引发对烟草种子活力的影响

    Effects of Oxygen-Increasing Priming with Hydrogen Peroxide on Tobacco Seed Vigor

    • 摘要: 采用液体引发方法,使用过氧化氢为增氧剂,研究了过氧化氢结合GA3引发红花大金元和云烟97种子的效果。利用不同浓度的H2O2结合50 mg/L GA3引发烟草种子,结果表明,含有增氧剂的引发液引发效果更好,显著提高了种子活力。含有较高浓度增氧剂的引发液(GA3+25~100 mM H2O2)引发的烟草种子,种子发芽指数和活力指数显著提高,平均发芽时间显著缩短。GA3+50 mM H2O2引发液引发效果最好,种子活力最高。利用过氧化氢为增氧剂进行引发,可以大大简化引发装置,并取得较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: The liquid priming method was used to study the effects of hydrogen peroxide, as an oxygen-increasing reagent, used in combination with GA3 priming of Honghuadajinyuan and Yunyan 97 seeds. Different concentrations of H2O2 were combined with 50 mg/L GA3 in priming tobacco seeds. The results showed that the priming solution contained hydrogen peroxide had better effects with significantly improved seed vigor. After treating with the priming solution with higher hydrogen oxygen (GA3+25~100 mM H2O2) concentrations, seed germination index and vigor index were significantly increased, and the average germination time was significantly shortened. The highest seed vigor was achieved by seed priming with GA3 in combination with 50 mM H2O2 solution. The results suggested that priming with suitable concentrations of hydrogen peroxide could greatly improve tobacco seed vigor and simplify the device of priming.
