    湖北恩施烟区烟草青枯菌致病力分析

    Pathogenicity of Ralstonia solanacearum Infecting Tobacco in Enshi of Hubei Province

    • 摘要: 为有效进行恩施烟区烟草青枯病的防控,本研究采用人工接种的方法鉴定了恩施烟区烟草青枯菌的致病性。根据红花大金元、K326和岩烟97三个烟草品种病害流行下曲线面积(AUDPC)数值进行聚类分析,将恩施地区烟草青枯菌划分为强、中、弱3种致病型,表明恩施烟草青枯菌是一个由弱到强连续变化的群体。3种致病型菌株在恩施南部和北部区域均有分布,其中恩施北部区域菌株致病力稍高于南部。

       

      Abstract: In order to take effective measures to control tobacco bacterial wilt in Enshi, the virulence of Ralstonia solanacearum infecting tobacco was analyzed through artificial inoculation. The pathogen isolates from Enshi could be classified into high, moderate and low virulence pathotypes based on cluster analysis using (Area under Disease Progress Curve, AUDPC) values from three tobacco cultivars, Honghuadajinyuan, K326 and Yanyan97. The results indicated that the pathogen is a dynamic population, ranging from weak to strong virulence. The three virulence pathotypes of isolates were all found in southern and northern Enshi. Compared with those from southern regions, isolates from northern regions showed relatively higher virulence.
