    干旱胁迫条件下微生物制剂对烤烟根系生理特性的影响

    Effects of a Micro-biological Agent on Nutrition, Growth and Biomass of Tobacco Roots in Flue-cured Tobacco under Drought Stress

    • 摘要: 为研究干旱胁迫条件下微生物制剂对烤烟根系生长发育及土壤含水率的影响,选用鲁烟1号为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,控制灌水量模拟不同干旱程度,研究了微生物制剂不同施用量对烟株根系营养发育、干鲜重及土壤含水率的影响.结果表明,一定量的微生物制剂可以促进鲁烟1号根系的生长发育及根系对氮、磷、钾的吸收,提高根系干鲜重;另外,相同干旱条件下,微生物制剂施用量增加,土壤含水率亦高,说明微生物制剂可能通过降低烟株水分利用量,提高土壤含水率.本试验结果以微生物制剂有机肥45 g/盆和灌水量为伸根期120 mm、旺长期160 mm和成熟期120 mm的处理效果最佳.

       

      Abstract: To study the impact of microbial agents on tobacco root growth and soil moisture conditions under drought stress, the amount of root nutrition, growth, fresh and dry weights of tobacco roots were studied with different degrees of drought stress by controlling irrigation on Luyan 1 by using pot experiment. The results showed that a certain amount of microbial agents can promote Luyan the 1st root growth and root uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and increase root fresh and dry weight. In addition, under the same drought conditions, with the increase of microbial agent application, the soil moisture rate was higher, indicating that the microbial agent may improve soil moisture by reducing water using efficiency of tobacco. In this study the best results were obtained when 45 g/pot microbial agent was applied and when the irrigation amount was 120 mm, 160 mm, and 120 mm at the root spreading stage, the vigorous growing stage and the maturing stage respectively.
