    烟田养殖黑眶蟾蜍对烟草害虫发生的影响及其应用评价

    Effects of Black Frame Toad Cultivation on Insects Damage in Tobacco Field and Application Assessment

    • 摘要: 为评价黑眶蟾蜍对烟草害虫的控制效果,比较了黑眶蟾蜍的食性与普洱烟区主要害虫之间的相似性,统计了试验烟田害虫种类、数量、土壤和烟叶的农药及重金属残留,用独立样本t检测分析发现,烟田主要害虫都在黑眶蟾蜍的捕食范围之内,试验地当年害虫主要为斜纹夜蛾和豆天蛾.未养殖黑眶蟾蜍(对照)与养殖黑眶蟾蜍的烟田中(处理)斜纹夜蛾虫口密度分别为1.39和0.09只/m2,豆天蛾为0.41和0.09只/m2,土壤中砷为117.45和10.30 mg/kg,镉为2.34和0.37 mg/kg,处理均显著低于对照烟田,试验地烟草发病较轻.说明可利用黑眶蟾蜍的捕食性建立生态烟田.

       

      Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of black frame toad predation on tobacco insect control. The experiment was to investigate the types and quantity of insects in the tobacco field in Puer, and to analyse the relationship between common tobacco pests and black frame toad feeding habit. After putting in black frame toads, we investigated the types and quantity of diseases and insects, damage of the plants, pesticides and heavy metals in I on tobacco leaves and in the soil. Results from independent samples were analyzed with t test. The results showed thatthe predation of black frame toad is of wide range, including all types of insects in the tobacco field. The major pests in the tested field were Prodenia litura and Clanis bilineata. The density of Prodenia litura in the black frame toad treated field non-treated field was 1.39 and 0.09 zhi/m2 respectively. Clanis bilineata was 0.41 and 0.09 zhi/m2 in treated and non-treated field, respectively. The density of both the 2 insects in control field was significantly higher than that in the treated field. As and CD were 117.45 and 2.34 mg/kg in the control field, 10.30 and 0.37 mg/kg in the treated filed. As and CD were both significantly higher in control fields than in treated fields. Tobacco disease was not severe in the fields. In conclusion, the predation of black frame toad can be used in controlling insects to reduce pesticide usage in tobacco fields.
