    可移动挂式装烟架的设计与应用

    Design and Application of the Mobile Hanging Tobacco Leaf Loading Rack as a Curing Equipment

    • 摘要: 为实现烟叶烘烤环节的减工降本,集成液压技术、箱式堆积装烟设备和目前推广的梳式烟夹设备的优点,设计了挂式装烟架,并进行了烘烤试验验证。结果表明,挂式装烟架的装烟量较梳式烟夹和常规烟杆分别提高27.9%和49.8%。编装烟用时分别缩短1.23和1.93 h·人/100 kg,卸解烟用时分别缩短3.95和6.43 h·人/100 kg。干烟总用工成本较梳式烟夹和常规烟杆分别下降1.30和2.17元/kg,干烟能耗成本较梳式烟夹和常规烟杆分别下降0.22和0.30元/kg;该设备烤后烟叶等级结构和感官质量略差于常规挂烟烘烤,与梳式烟夹相当。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce labor and energy during tobacco leaf curing, the curing equipment mobile hanging tobacco leaf loading rack was designed and manufactured integrating the advantages of hydraulic technology, the comb type clamp equipment and the large box equipment. Effects of the new equipment on weight of fresh leaves per barn, efficiency of plaiting, loading, unloading and unlashing, cost of labor force, the energy cost, grades and smoking quality of cured tobacco leaves were investigated. The results indicated that compared with the comb type clamp equipment and the traditional pole equipment, by using the new equipment, the weight of fresh leaves per barn was increased 27.9% and 49.8% respectively. The time cost of plaiting and loading were reduced by 1.23 and 1.93 h·person/100 kg respectively. The time cost of unloading and unlashing were reduced by 3.95 and 6.43 h·person/100 kg respectively. The labor cost fell 1.30 and 2.17 Yuan per kg leaf respectively. The energy cost fell 0.22 Yuan and 0.3 Yuan per kg leaf respectively. Grades and smoking quality of cured tobacco leaves were slightly worse than that of the traditional pole equipment, but were almost the same as that of the comb type clamp equipment.
