    三种非化学防治方法对烟草甲的控制作用

    The Effect of Three Non-chemical Methods for Controlling Lasioderma serricorne (Coleoptera: Anobiidae)

    • 摘要: 为寻找与环境相容性好、安全的烟草储藏害虫防治方式,研究了密封处理、脱氧剂降氧密封处理和充N2气调处理3种非化学防治方式对主要储烟害虫烟草甲各虫态的控制作用效果。结果表明,所试3种非化学防治方式对烟草甲各虫态均有较好的控制效果。在相同的处理时间内,充N2气调处理的控制作用效果最强,处理6 d后烟草甲各虫态校正死亡率均达到100%;其次是脱氧剂降氧密封处理,处理6 d后烟草甲各虫态校正死亡率均达到91%;简单密封处理控制效果相对较弱。因此,3种非化学防治方式有机配合使用具有巨大的应用潜力。

       

      Abstract: In order to develop environment-friendly and safe methods for controlling stored tobacco insects, the effect of three non-chemical methods on the control of Lasioderma serricorne (Coleoptera:Anobiidae), an important stored tobacco insect, at different developmental stages, was investigated in laboratory. The results showed that all of the three tested non-chemical methods, including sealing, oxygen degradation by deoxidizer (ODD) and controlled atmospheres storage by purging nitrogen (CASPN), had great controlling effect on L. serricorne of different developmental stages. For the same exposure period, CASPN exhibited the strongest effect with 100% corrected mortality of L. serricorne of different developmental stages after 6 d of exposure. ODD also had a strong effect with more than 91% corrected mortality of different developmental stage L. serricorne after 6 d of exposure. Sealing had poor controlling effect. Therefore, rationally combination of the three non-chemical methods should have huge potential for controlling L. serricorne in practice.
