    不同铵硝配比对烤烟根系形态及氮磷钾吸收的影响

    Effects of Different Ammonium and Nitrate Ratio on Root Morphology and Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium Uptake of Flue-Cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 为明确烤烟主要生长时期对不同铵硝配比的动态响应,以NC89 烤烟品种为试验材料,研究了不同铵硝配比处理(NH4+-N:NO3-N 为0:100、25:75、50:50、75:25、100:0)对烤烟干物质积累、根系形态建成和主要营养元素含量的影响。结果表明,与其他铵硝配比处理相比,铵硝比50:50 处理条件下,不同生育期烤烟生物量均最高,且与全铵处理相比达到显著差异;与全铵处理相比,不同铵硝混合处理均促进根系的发生和伸长,而不同处理间根系平均直径差异不显著;铵硝比75:25 和全铵处理叶片氮含量随生育期的进程而减少,除团棵期以外,叶片氮含量以铵硝比50:50 高于其他处理。全硝处理叶片磷含量显著低于铵硝比50:50、75:25 以及全铵处理。全硝处理和铵硝比25:75 根部钾含量显著高于全铵处理,除团棵期以外,叶部钾含量铵硝比50:50 显著高于全铵处理。综合考虑氮素形态对于烤烟生物量和品质等各项指标的影响效应,铵硝配比适宜比例为50:50。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the dynamic response to different nitrogen forms in the main growing period of flue-cured tobacco, with flue-cured tobacco NC89 as experimental material, we studied the effects of different ratios of NH4+:NO3 0:100AN (Ammonium/Nitrate); 25:75AN; 50:50AN; 75:25AN; 100:0AN on biomass production, root growth and the contents of main nutrient elements. The results showed that compared with other treatments, different growth period of flue-cured tobacco biomass were highest in the treatment of 50:50AN, significantly higher than 100:0AN. Compared to supply of sole NH4+, all the other treatments showed a significant positive effect on total roots length and number of roots, but average root diameter did not show much difference between treatments. The nitrogen content of leaves decreased with the growth stage in the treatments of 75:25AN and 100:0AN. Except for the rosette stage, nitrogen content of leaves in the treatment of 50:50AN were the highest. When using sole nitrate, phosphorus content of leaves was significantly lower than 50:50AN, 75:25AN and 100:0AN. Potassium contents of roots in the treatments of 0:100AN and 25:75AN were significantly higher than 100:0AN. In addition, potassium contents of leaves in the treatments of 50:50AN were significantly higher than 100:0AN except at the rosette stage. Considering the effect of nitrogen form on biomass and quality of fluecured tobacco, the optimum ratio of ammonium and nitrate was 50:50.
