烤烟新品种翠碧二号的选育及其特征特性

Breeding and Selection of a New Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Cuibi 2

摘要

摘要: 烤烟新品种翠碧二号是1999 年配制的翠碧一号×Coker176 杂交组合，经常规杂交系谱法选育而成，于2015 年4月通过全国烟草品种审定委员会审定。多年的生产试验结果表明，翠碧二号大田长势强，生长整齐一致，对TMV 免疫，青枯病发病较翠碧一号轻，主要经济性状优于翠碧一号，有效保持了翠碧一号烟叶风格和质量方面的优势特征。工业评价结果表明，翠碧二号的外观质量和物理特性优于对照翠碧一号，化学成分协调性与对照相当，香型风格和口感特征与对照一致，整体感官质量优于对照。综合评价，翠碧二号综合性状表现较好，适宜在福建烟区种植。

Abstract: Through hybridization and pedigree selection, a new flue-cured tobacco variety Cuibi 2 was developed through a crossing combination Cuibi 1×Coker176 during 1999 to 2015. The results of tobacco varieties regional test in fujian province showed that the new variety Cuibi 2 had good adaptability and strong growth vigor. It was immune to tobacco mosaic virus, slightly less susceptible to tobacco bacterial wilt than Cuibi 1. The new variety Cuibi 2 had higher leaf yield, higher average price, higher ratio of the high class leaf and higher production value than the check variety Cuibi 1. It showed the favorable and well-proportioned chemical composition and good smoking-quality to meet the requirements of manufacturing cigarettes. In conclusion, Cuibi 2 is a new variety with good comprehensive characters, and suitable for planting in flue-cured tobacco areas in Fujian.
