    晾晒烟主要化学成分与其苦味程度的关系

    Relationship of Chemical Components and Bitterness of Sun Air-cured Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 对全国9个省份的41份地方晾晒烟样品的主要化学成分与苦味程度进行了检测评价,并采用相关分析、聚类分析和逐步回归分析等方法研究了晾晒烟样品化学成分与苦味程度的关系。结果表明,贵州省烟叶样品苦味程度较重,黑龙江省牡丹江地区、陕西省、湖南省怀化地区烟叶苦味中等,其余省份苦味较低。西松烷含量与烟叶苦味程度高度相关,是影响烟叶苦味程度的主要指标,可用于晾晒烟苦味程度的表征、评价及预测;芸香苷、巨豆三烯酮4、巨豆三烯酮3与烟叶苦味程度中度相关,可作为晾晒烟苦味程度表征的次要指标。

       

      Abstract: Abstract: Forty one samples of sun air-cured tobacco leaves were collected from 9 provinces to analyze the relationship between chemical components and bitterness with correlation analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that leaves fromGuizhouProvince were the bitterest, leaves fromHeilongjiang, Shanxi and Hunan were bitter, andsamples from the other regions were less bitter. The bitterness degree of tobacco leaves was significantly positively correlated with cembranoid content, middle positively correlated with concentration of megastigmatrienone and rutin, while the other tested indicators were weakly correlated with the bitter taste of tobacco leaves.The content of cembranoidwas the main index affecting the degree of bitter taste thus can be used for the characterization, evaluation and prediction of the degree of bitterness of sun air-cured tobacco leaves.Content of rutin, megastigmatrienone(Ⅳ),megastigmatrienone(Ⅲ) were secondary indicators of the degree of bitterness ofsun air-cured tobacco leaves.
