    土著菌扩繁剂在烤烟化肥减施中的应用

    Reducing Chemical Fertilizer Rate with Autochthonous Propagation Agent Applied on Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 为探究土著菌扩繁剂在烤烟化肥减施技术中的应用效果,以山东沂水地区烤烟生产中的化肥常规施用量为对照,在不改变原有肥料氮磷钾比例的基础上,等比例减少0%、15%、30%化学态氮磷钾用量,同时增施土著菌扩繁剂作为微生物组分,研究其对烟叶产质量、根际土壤微生物数量和田间肥料淋溶损失率的影响。结果表明,施用土著菌扩繁剂的各处理提高了烤烟的经济性状;同时在一定程度上改善了烟叶化学成分的协调性,提高了烤后烟叶的评吸质量;另外使根际土壤细菌数量和放线菌数量显著增加,真菌数量显著减少,并且降低了肥料田间淋溶损失率,提高了肥料利用率。土著菌扩繁剂结合等比例减施30%氮磷钾化肥的施肥方法可以达到较好的经济和生态效益。

       

      Abstract: In this research, field experiment was conducted to explore the economic effect and ecological benefit of reducing chemical fertilizer rate with autochthonous propagation agent application in tobacco production. The conventional fertilizer application was set as the control in flue-cured tobacco production area of Yishui district, Shandong Province. On the basis of not changing the NPK proportion of the original fertilizer, the proportion of 0%, 15% and 30% of NPK contents were reduced in combination with adding the autochthonous propagation agent as microbial components. The effects of flue-cured tobacco yield and quality, microbial quantity in rhizosphere soil and field fertilizer leaching loss rate were studied. The results showed that the treatments with autochthonous propagation agent application would not hinder the growth of flue-cured tobacco and were beneficial to economic character, chemical composition, and sensory evaluation quality of tobacco leaves. In addition the treatment increased the functional microbial diversity and changed the microbial community structure in rhizosphere soil, reduced the leaching loss rate of fertilizer in the field, and finally increased the fertilizer use efficiency. In conclusion, the fertilization method of autochthonous propagation agent in combination with a 30% proportional reduction of NPK chemical fertilizer is practicable, and can achieve better economic and ecological benefits.
