    打叶后不同片型烟片致香成分与其特征面积的函数关系

    Functional Relationship between Aroma Component Contents and Characteristic Areas in Threshed Tobacco Strips of Different Chip-type

    • 摘要: 分析打叶后不同片型烟片致香成分含量的差异性以及与其特征面积之间的函数关系,为打叶后不同片型烟片的差异化复烤加工和调配利用提供参考。利用叶片振动分选机对打叶后的烟片进行筛分,分别测定不同片型烟片的特征面积及主要挥发性致香成分。利用单因素方差分析研究不同片型烟片各类致香成分含量的差异性,利用回归分析建立不同片型烟片的致香成分含量与其特征面积之间的函数关系。结果表明,对于同一等级初烤烟叶,随着烟片面积的增大,醇类、醛类、酸类、酮类及酯类致香成分总量呈对数型降低趋势,烯类致香成分含量呈对数型升高趋势。打叶后不同片型烟片的化学特性存在较大差异。对打叶筛分后的不同片型烟片进行差异化复烤和调配利用,对调控烟叶品质,控制卷烟质量具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Functional relationship between aroma component contents and characteristic areas of different chip-type tobacco strips was investigated in order to provide reference for differentiated redrying processing, distribution and utilization of different chip-type strips after threshing. Threshed strips were screened using a blade vibratory separator. Characteristic areas and main volatile aroma components of different chip-type strips were determined. Single factor variance analysis was used to analyze the difference of various aroma components of different chip-type strips, and regression analysis was used to establish the functional relationship between the content of aroma components and characteristic areas of different chip-type strips. The results showed that, for procured tobacco in the same grade, with the increase of characteristic area, the total contents of alcohols, aldehydes, acids, ketones and esters decreased logarithmically, while the content of alkenes increased logarithmically. There was a significant difference in chemical property among different chip-type strips after threshing. Therefore, differential redrying, distribution and utilization after online screening of different chip-type strips after threshing was of great significance for regulating the quality of tobacco leaves and controlling the quality of cigarettes.
