    木醋液与其他改良剂配施对土壤养分及烤烟生长的影响

    Effects of Combined Application of Wood Vinegar and Other Modifiers on Soil Nutrients and Growth of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 以云烟87为试验对象,采用盆栽试验研究木醋液与草木灰或菇渣配施对土壤养分及烤烟生长的影响。试验设置6个处理:清水对照(CK),单施木醋液(T1),单施草木灰(T2),木醋液+草木灰配施(T3),单施菇渣(T4),木醋液+菇渣配施(T5)。结果表明,单施木醋液植烟土壤pH无显著变化,而施用其他改良剂处理均提高了土壤pH;与CK相比,各处理均不同程度提高了土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷及速效钾含量,以T3、T5处理效果较为明显;同时,配施处理更利于烤烟农艺性状和根系结构的改善、干物质及烟叶色素的积累,对烤烟根系活力的提升作用较明显,其中T3、T5处理的根系活力较CK分别增加了66.02%、68.45%。木醋液配合施用菇渣或草木灰可改善植烟土壤养分、促进烤烟生长,其效果优于单施。

       

      Abstract: Using Yunyan 87 as the test variety, the effects of combined application of wood vinegar and plant ash or mushroom residue on soil nutrients and growth of flue-cured tobacco were studied through pot experiments. Six treatments were included:clean water control (CK), single application of wood vinegar solution (T1), single application of grass ash (T2), combined application of wood vinegar solution + grass ash (T3), single application of mushroom residue (T4), combined application of wood vinegar solution + mushroom residue (T5). The results showed that there was no significant change in soil pH for tobacco planting with the single application of vinegar liquid, while the application of all the other modifiers increased soil pH. Compared with CK, all the treatment caused increase of soil organic matter, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus and effective potassium content, with more significant increase being observed in T3 and T5 treatments. At the same time, the combined application treatments were more conducive to improvement of agronomic characteristics and root structure of flue-cured tobacco, the accumulation of dry matter and tobacco pigment, and the promoting effect on root vigor of flue-cured tobacco was more significant. Compared with CK, root vigor of T3 and T5 treatments increased 66.02% and 68.45%, respectively. The combination of wood vinegar solution with mushroom residue or plant ash can improve soil nutrients of tobacco planting soil and promote growth of flue-cured tobacco, and the effect is better than that of single modifier application.
