    阿根廷主产烟区K394烟叶主要品质特征评价

    Evaluation of the Main Quality Characteristics of K394 Flue-tobacco Leaves in the Main Tobacco-producing Areas in Argentina

    • 摘要: 为掌握阿根廷主产烟区K394烟叶主要品质特征及与国内浓香型烟叶的品质差异,分析了从阿根廷Salta省和Jujuy省采集的137份不同等级烟叶及国内浓香型烟叶主产区(湖南,云烟87;河南,秦烟96)30份C3F等级烟叶外观质量、化学成分和感官质量间的差异,以及感官评吸总分与化学成分指标的相关性。结果表明:①阿根廷K394 B1O等级烟叶油分和色度得分极显著高于湖南、河南C3F等级烟叶,常规化学成分表现为"低糖中钾高碱高氮"的特点,烟气透发性、刺激性、干燥感和余味得分与国内烟叶达到显著差异水平。②Salta省K394烟叶的柔和细腻度较好,稍有生青气,刺激性稍有,劲头适中,甜润感较好;Jujuy省K394烟叶透发性和爆发力更强,浓度较高,劲头稍大,枯焦气稍有,甜润感稍欠。③多元线性回归分析表明,总植物碱和还原糖含量是影响阿根廷K394烟叶感官品质的主要化学成分因素且多表现为负相关。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the main quality characteristics of K394 tobacco leaves in the main tobacco producing areas of Argentina and the quality difference with domestic highly flavored-type tobacco leaves, 137 different grades of tobacco leaves collected from Salta and Jujuy provinces of Argentina were analyzed, and the differences between appearance quality, chemical composition and organoleptic quality of 30 C3F grades of tobacco leaves (Hunan,Yunyan87; Henan,Qinyan96) collected from main producing areas of strong aroma style in China and the correlation between the total organoleptic quality score and the chemical composition index were analyzed. The results showed that:(1) The scores of oil and color of Argentine K394 B1O grade tobacco were significantly higher than that of Hunan and Henan C3F grade tobacco, the chemical composition of K394 from Argentina is characterized as "low sugar, middle K2O, high alkaloids, high nitrogen", and the scores of gas diffusiveness, irritation, dryness and aftertaste were significantly different from those of domestic tobacco leaves. (2) Salta K394 leaves were softer and more delicate, slightly lighter, less irritating, with moderate strength, better sweetness; Jujuy K394 leaves were more transmisive and explosive, slightly stronger, gradually less sweetness. (3) The regression analysis showed that alkaloids and reducing sugar were key chemical composition indicators affecting the sensory quality of K394 tobacco leaves in the main tobacco-producing areas of Argentina, showing a negative correlation.
