    外源生长素对烤烟幼苗生长发育的影响

    Effects of Exogenous Auxin on Growth and Development of Flue-cured Tobacco Seedlings

    • 摘要: 采用水培试验,研究了不同浓度(5、10和20 nmol/L)外源生长素(IAA)对烤烟幼苗生长、光合特性及内源IAA的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,外源IAA处理显著提高了烤烟幼苗根系和地上部生物量,10 nmol/L处理较对照增幅分别为89.43%和73.91%;不同浓度IAA处理的烤烟幼苗根系总长度、总表面积和体积均不同程度的增加,其中10 nmol/L处理增加显著,而不同处理烟苗根系平均直径差异不显著;不同浓度IAA处理显著提高了烤烟幼苗叶片净光合速率和气孔导度,而胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率和气孔限制值差异不显著;外源IAA处理显著提高了烤烟幼苗根系和地上部内源IAA的含量。由此推论,外源生长素的施用促进了烤烟幼苗生长素的地上部合成以及向根系的极性运输,从而促进了烟苗生长发育。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different concentrations (5, 10 and 20 nmol/L) of exogenous auxin (IAA) on growth, photosynthetic characteristics and endogenous IAA of flue-cured tobacco seedlings were studied by hydroponic experiments. The results showed that, compared with the control, the exogenous IAA treatments significantly increased the biomass of root and aerial part of flue-cured tobacco seedlings by 89.43% and 73.91% respectively. The total length, surface area and volume of roots in seedlings treated with different IAA concentrations increased to varying degrees. Among them, the 10 nmol/L treatment significantly increased the total length, total surface area and volume of the roots, while the average roots diameter of the seedlings after different IAA treatments showed no significant difference. The net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of flue-cured tobacco seedlings were significantly increased by different exogenous IAA treatments, but no significant difference of intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate and stomatal limitation value were observed. Exogenous IAA treatment significantly increased the content of endogenous IAA in the root and aerial part of flue-cured tobacco seedlings. It was concluded that the application of exogenous auxin promoted auxin synthesis of aerial part in flue-cured tobacco seedlings and polar transportation to the root system, thus promoting growth and development of tobacco.
