    火土灰对烟草苗期根系生长及根际养分的影响

    Effects of Fired Soil on Root Growth and Rhizosphere Nutrients of Tobacco at Seedling Stage

    • 摘要: 为明确火土灰对烟草根系生长的影响,采用盆栽试验研究了火土灰不同施用量(CK:不施火土灰,T1:2%火土灰,T2:4%火土灰,T3:8%火土灰)对烟草苗期根际土壤pH、土壤养分、根系形态及烟苗氮磷钾养分吸收的影响。结果表明:(1)与CK相比,不同火土灰处理均能显著提高根际土壤速效钾和有效磷含量,而降低根际pH 0.37~0.59个单位;(2)与CK相比,T1、T2与T3处理烟株地上部干物质量分别增加21.94%、38.76%和80.24%,根系干物质量分别增加67.50%、92.50%和87.50%;施用火土灰处理能显著增加植株根系总根长、根系表面积和根系体积;(3)与CK相比,不同火土灰处理能显著增加烟株地上部氮磷钾积累37.88%~88.05%、48.95%~55.77%和34.16%~109.33%;显著增加根系氮磷钾元素积累量71.17%~97.75%、45.34%~66.91%和87.27%~128.99%。综上,施用8%火土灰在改善土壤养分、增加烟株苗期生物量以及提升烟株养分积累方面均具有显著效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the effect of fired soil on the growth of tobacco roots, a pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of different application amounts of fired soil (CK:no fired soil, T1:2% fired soil, T2:4% fired soil, T3:8% fired soil) on the rhizosphere soil pH, soil nutrients, root morphology and the contents of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium(K) in tobacco seedlings. The results showed that, (1) compared with CK, different fired soil treatments significantly increased the contents of available potassium and available phosphorus in rhizosphere soil, and reduced rhizosphere soil pH by 0.37-0.59 units; (2) Compared with CK, T1, T2 and T3 treatments significantly increased plant shoot dry matter by 21.94%, 38.76% and 80.24%, respectively, and the root dry matter increased 67.50%, 92.50% and 87.50%; In addition, different fired soil treatments significantly increased the total root length, root surface area and root volume of plant roots; (3) Compared with CK, the fired soil treatments significantly increased the accumulation of N and P of tobacco shoot by 37.88%-88.05%, 49.95%-55.77% and 34.16%-109.33%, and significantly increased the accumulation of N, P and K of tobacco root, by 71.17%-97.75%, 45.34%-66.91% and 87.27%-128.99%, respectively. In summary, the application of 8% fired soil has a remarkable effect on improving soil nutrient properties, increasing tobacco plant biomass and increasing tobacco plant nutrient accumulation.
