    Study on Medium Material of Environment-friendly (non-peat) Flue-cured Tobacco Seedling Ⅱ. Seedling Physiological Metabolism of Various Medium Formulas

    • 摘要: 基质是育好烟苗的基础。在湿润育苗条件下研究了环保型(无泥炭型)烤烟育苗基质材料各种配方与烟苗生理代谢的关系。结果表明,采用炭化谷壳:红泥土=7:3和6:4的育苗基质,培育的烟苗自由水/束缚水比值低,叶绿素含量较高,活性氧代谢较协调,烟苗根系活力较强,生产适应性强。而采用废菌棒、煤渣的育苗基质,培育的烟苗叶绿素和胡萝卜素含量较低,根系活力较小,生理代谢不协调,干物质积累较少。

       

      Abstract: The medium material is the foundation of breeding flue-cured tobacco seedling. The experiment was carried out with the method of damp breeding. The relationship of different mediums with seedling physiological metabolism was studied to investigate the theoretical basis for environment-friendly (non-peat) substrate materials. The results showed that when the proportion of charred rice husk and red soil were 7:3 and 6:4 (proportion of bulk) respectively, the ratio of free water and bound water in tobacco seedling was not different with that of common tobacco seedling substrate materials, and they could improve seedling chlorophyll content, root development, seedling root vitality and physiological metabolism coordination. It can be popularized in the production practice of flue-cured tobacco seedling.
