    福建产区不同香型烤烟质量特征分析

    Quality Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves for Different Types of Aroma in Fujian Production Region

    • 摘要: 为明确福建产区不同香型烤烟的质量特征,从烟叶外观质量、物理特性、化学成分等3个方面对福建产区不同香型风格的烟叶进行了比较,同时对上述指标与香型进行了相关和回归分析。结果表明,在福建产区,随着烟叶香型从偏清到中间再到偏浓过渡,烟叶外观物理特性中烟叶厚度(身份)、长宽比及单位面积叶重有增加的趋势,烟叶宽度有变小的趋势;烟叶化学成分中,烟碱、总氮、总氯含量有增加的趋势,总糖、糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比、有机钾等指标有降低的趋势。

       

      Abstract: In order to find out the quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves for different types of aroma in Fujian, the appearance, physics and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves for different types of aroma from Fujian were compared. And their correlations with aroma types were analyzed by simple correlation and stepwise regression methods. The results showed that, along with the transition of aroma type of tobacco leaves from fen-flavor to medium aroma then to thick aroma, the thickness, the ratio of length to width, the weight of unit area, nicotine, total nitrogen and total chlorine of tobacco leaves had the trend of increase, however the width, total sugar, the ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine, the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine, the ratio of potassium to chlorine and organic potassium of tobacco leaves had the trend of decrease.
