    烤烟打叶复烤片烟皱缩率影响因素研究

    Study on the Factors Affecting Crimp Rate of Threshed and Redried of Flue-cured Tobacco

    • 摘要: 为提高烤烟打叶复烤的加工质量,通过试验调查了叶片中含梗率、叶片回潮区加入蒸汽的压力和蒸汽量对复烤叶片皱缩率的影响。结果表明,叶中含梗率与皱缩率成负相关线性关系,叶中含梗率上等烟≥1.11%、中等烟≥1.23%、下等烟≥1.46%时,叶片皱缩率均达到国标中皱缩率的要求;在(12±1)%水分要求的情况下,减少蒸汽用量,增加高压泵加水量可以减少皱缩率,增加叶片回潮时的伸展性。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the processing quality of threshing and redrying, we investigated the effects of stem ratio, steam pressure and quantity of steam on crimp rate of threshed and redried. The results showed that the stem ratio were negatively correlated with the crimp rate. The leaf stem ratio was more than 1.11% of superior leaves, more than 1.23% of middle class leaves and more than 1.46% of low class leaves, and the shrinkage rate of leaves reached the national standard. Under the condition of (12±1)% of water requirement, reducing steam consumption and increasing water pressure pump could reduce the shrinkage rate and increase the stretching blade resurgence.
