    富硒卷烟安全性分析与评价

    The Safety Analysis and Evaluation of Selenium Enriched Cigarettes

    • 摘要: 以不同梯度富硒卷烟为试验材料,进行了富硒卷烟安全性分析与评价。结果表明,通过对外源添加硒烟叶进行小鼠细胞微核试验、细胞存活试验、细菌致突变性(AMES)试验和安全性评价,发现富硒卷烟安全性较高;添加有机硒的卷烟安全性优于添加无机硒的卷烟。

       

      Abstract: The security analysis and evaluation of selenium-enriched cigarettes were carried out on the basis of different contents of selenium in cigarettes. After we carried out the safety assessment such as micronucleus test, survival test, ames test, we found selenium-enriched cigarettes were highly safe. Furthermore, the safety of cigarettes was higher by adding organic selenium than by adding inorganic selenium.
