    黔东南烟区烟叶致香物质的定量分析

    Analysis on Aroma Component Contents of Tobacco Leaves in Qiandongnan Tobacco-growing Region

    • 摘要: 为研究黔东南州不同生态区烟叶致香物质含量差异,试验选取不同种植区域、不同品种和不同部位的烟叶进行酸性、中性和碱性致香物质含量分析。结果表明,东部烟区比西部烟区烟叶致香物质含量高,香气较充足,表明烟叶香气含量受种植区域的影响较大。K326烟叶致香物质总量最高、香气较足,其次为云烟87,贵烟201表现最差。就香气而言,K326和云烟87比较适宜在黔东南烟区种植。云烟85、云烟87中部叶比上部叶致香物质总量高,香味较突出。

       

      Abstract: Acid, neutral and alkaline aroma component contents of tobacco leaves in different ecological environment of Qiandongnan tobacco-growing region were analyzed, and the difference of all kinds of aroma components content in middle leaves of different varieties and leaves in different stalk position of same varieties were compared. The results showed that aroma component contents in tobacco leaves were higher in the eastern Qiandongnan than in the western Qiandongnan, indicating tobacco aroma contents was influenced by locations. The total aroma component content in K326 was the highest among all of the varieties, those of Yunyan 87 took the second place, and the content of Guiyan 201 was the lowest. The total aroma component content of middle leaves of Yunyan 85 and Yunyan 87 were higher than the upper leaves, and their flagrance were more prominent.
