    烟叶物理气调法密封降氧工艺研究

    De-oxygenation Technology in Sealed Tobacco Stack with Physical Modified Atmosphere Method

    • 摘要: 为实现烟叶贮藏安全、环保的生产目的,将物理气调法应用于烟叶贮藏,即用制氮机产生高浓度氮气,将高浓度氮气充入不同产地、等级烟叶的密封堆垛内来调节氧气浓度,比较物理气调法与化学气调法的差异。结果表明,两种制氮机均能产生99.5%~99.9%浓度的氮气。与现有化学气调法相比,物理气调法能使密封烟垛内氧气浓度在更短的时间降至2.0%以下,最短时间为8 d,密封降氧的效率与烟叶包装方式有关。物理气调法适用于烟叶贮藏。

       

      Abstract: Physically modified atmosphere method was used to achieve safe environmental protection of tobacco storage. A technology with nitrogen generating equipment was used to produce high concentrated nitrogen, then pump the high concentrated nitrogen into sealed tobacco of different growing areas and different grades, so that the difference between physical and chemical atmosphere methods could be compared. The result showed that both kinds of nitrogen generating equipment could produce 99.5%-99.9% concentration of nitrogen. Physical modified atmosphere method could make the concentration of oxygen in sealed tobacco stack lower to 2.0% with shorten time (the shortest time was 8 days.). The de-oxygenation efficiency were related to inner membrane and package manner of tobacco. The physical modified atmosphere method could use in sealed tobacco storage.
