    寄主专化性毒素及其在烟草上的研究进展

    Advances on the Host Specific Toxin of the Plant Pathogenic Fungus and Related Researches in Tobacco

    • 摘要: 植物病原真菌寄主专化性毒素的研究已在多方面开展,从产毒真菌的种类到毒素的化学结构,从毒素的检测到毒素的利用,从毒素的提纯到毒素的信号传导等。笔者就寄主专化性毒素的产毒真菌、提取与纯化、检测方法、作用机制、应用领域以及在烟草上的研究等方面进行了阐述,以期将寄主专化性毒素的研究引入烟草种质鉴定与抗病育种中。

       

      Abstract: Host specific toxins (HST) produced by plant pathogenic fungus have been studied in some aspects, from fungal species produced HST to HST chemical structure; from test to application; from purification to signal transduction, and so on. In this paper we reviewed the host specific toxin of the plant pathogenic fungus research progresses, which included the fungal species producing HST, HST extraction, purification, test methods, mechanism of action, application prospect in agriculture and the related researches in tobacco. We expect that the HST could be applied to tobacco resistance breeding.
