    云南烤烟品种加工性能评价

    Evaluation of Process Capability of Yunnan Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties

    • 摘要: 为了在工业加工前了解烤烟初烤烟叶的加工性能,本研究采集11个云南烤烟品种初烤烟叶样本300份,分析检测8项烟叶物理指标,采用灰色局势决策法,对不同烤烟品种加工性能进行了综合评价,获得不同烤烟品种加工性能效果测度值。通过实验室小型工艺线(从烟丝HT到烘丝过程)验证表明评价方法是可行的。本研究从工业加工性能的角度为烤烟新品种选育和筛选提供了评价思路和途径。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the process capability of Yunnan flue-cured tobacco varieties prior to industrial processing, three hundreds of flue-cured tobacco samples of eleven varieties in Yunnan Province and their eight physical properties were measured. The values of process capability for different varieties were calculated by grey decision-making on the physical parameters. The results indicated this method was workable by validating on mini-production line. This study provides ideas and approaches for breeding and selecting new tobacco varieties in industrious processing.
