    硫磺对碱性植烟土壤烤烟生长及烟叶重金属含量的影响

    Effects of Sulfur on Growth of Flue-cured Tobacco and Heavy Metal Contents of Tobacco Leaves in Alkaline Soil

    • 摘要: 为寻求高效、安全的碱性植烟土壤改良技术,采用田间试验研究了不同硫磺用量(0.1、0.2、0.3 kg/m2)对碱性土壤pH、烟株生长和烟叶重金属含量的影响。结果表明,碱性土壤施用0.1~0.3 kg/m2的硫磺能够显著降低烤烟根区土壤的pH,降幅达0.3个单位以上。施用硫磺能促进烟苗根系的早发快长。与对照相比,中等用量硫磺(0.2 kg/m2)能够显著增加烟叶的产量;低用量硫磺(0.1 kg/m2)能够显著增加上等烟比例。碱性植烟土壤施用硫磺0.2~0.3 kg/m2能显著降低烟叶Pb含量,但对As、Cd和Hg含量没有显著影响。总之,硫磺0.2 kg/m2是碱性植烟土壤改良、提高烟叶产量的有效技术措施,而且能够减少烟叶对Pb的积累

       

      Abstract: In order to find out effective and safe soil improvement measure, a field experiment was carried out to study the effects of sulfur application on soil pH, the growth and heavy metal contents of flue-cured tobacco. Four sulfur rates (0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 kg/m2) were applied to alkaline soil in this experiment. The results showed that sulfur application (0.1 to 0.3 kg/m2) significantly decreased pH of root zone soil, with a range of 0.3 to 0.4. Sulfur promoted the early growth of tobacco seedling root in alkaline soil. Compared with the control, sulfur application at rate of 0.2 kg/m2 significantly increased leaf yield, and 0.1 kg/m2 increased leaf grade. Sulfur application at rate of 0.2 to 0.3 kg/m2 significantly decreased leaf Pb content, but Sulfur application did not affected leaf As, Cd and contents. The results suggested that sulfur application of at rate of 0.2 kg/m2 was an effective way to ameliorate soil acidity and increase yield of flue-cured tobacco in alkaline soil, and reduce Pb content in tobacco leaves.
