    拮抗TMV细菌CZ的最佳发酵条件及其活性物质的初步研究

    Preliminary Study on Antiviral Substances Produced by Bacteria Strain CZ and its Optimal Fermentative Conditions

    • 摘要: 获得了对TMV有很强的抑制活性的拮抗细菌菌株CZ,其发酵液的抑病毒率可达96.73%。对CZ菌株的摇瓶发酵条件进行了初步研究。结果表明,CZ菌株的适宜摇瓶发酵条件是:NB培养基、初始pH 8.0、通气量30 mL/100mL、发酵温度25℃、发酵时间60 h。并初步确定其拮抗物质是蛋白类物质。

       

      Abstract: The authors studied the fermentation conditions of a kind of antiviral bacteria which was filtrated from the seeds of the tobacco. The results indicated that the most appropriate fermentation medium was NB medium and the optimal fermentation parameters were pH 8.0, 25℃, 60 hours. Its anti-material could be protein.
