    我国植烟土壤微生物研究进展

    Research Progress on Microorganism in Tobacco Planting Soil

    • 摘要: 从微生物生态区系、农艺措施对植烟土壤微生物的影响和土壤功能菌研发等方面综述了我国植烟土壤微生物的研究进展。分析认为我国植烟土壤微生物区系研究较多,但是不够系统,土壤功能菌研发也多以筛选病害拮抗菌为目的。应针对我国烟叶香气量不足、氮素偏高等生产实际问题,从分子生物学水平上深入细致研究我国植烟土壤微生物生态区系,筛选益生菌,调节烟草生长,提高烟叶品质。

       

      Abstract: The research of microorganism in tobacco-planting soil was summarized, including ecofaunas, impacts of agricultural practices, and development of functional microorganism. Numerous yet not systematic research have been conducted on ecofaunas of tobacco planting soil, and most development of soil functional microorganim aimed to the screening of antagonistic microorganisms against tobacco diseases. Regarding the relatively lower volume of aroma and higher nitrogen level in tobacco leaves of China, more research at molecular biological level should be made on ecofaunas of microorganism in tobacco planting soil, screening of probiotics, for promoting the growth of tobacco plants and quality of tobacco leaves.
