    紫外分光光度法测定烟草中的游离烟碱

    Determination of Free Nicotine in Tobacco Leaves by UV Spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 研究了用三氯甲烷萃取、紫外分光光度计检测烟草叶片游离烟碱含量的方法,探讨了三氯甲烷提取烟草游离烟碱的用量和萃取时间。结果表明50 mL三氯甲烷振荡萃取30 min可以将1 g烟草样品游离烟碱萃取完全。本方法测烟叶游离烟碱回收率97.7%,重复性良好。

       

      Abstract: This paper deals with the determination of free nicotine in tobacco leaves by modified chloroform extraction and UV spectrophotometer, and the optimum extraction time and dose of chloroform. The results indicated that the free nicotine in 1g tobacco sample could be entirely extracted by 50 mL CHCl3 in 30 min. By use of UV spectrophotometry, the recovery of free nicotine in tobacco leaves reached 88.4% with high repeatability.
