    Influence of Different Agricultural Ecological Regulation and Control Measures on Tobacco Bacterial Wilt

    • 摘要: 烟草连作黄泡泥土、烟草连作黄色石灰土及烟草轮作黄泡泥土3个不同生态环境堆沤圈肥的田间小区试验研究结果表明:品种抗性是导致处理间差异的主要因素,K346品种的抗性显著优于K326;在3块试验地中,以轮作地发病最轻,表明轮作是控制青枯病的有效措施之一;堆沤圈肥的土壤对青枯病的发生具有一定的抑制作用,可推迟其始发期和降低其发病程度。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, authors investigated the effects of composted barnyard manure on tobacco bacterial wilt in flue-cured tobacco-succession-planting on yellow upland soils and yellow limy soils, and in flue-cured tobacco-rotation-planting on yellow upland soils by field experiments. The results showed that variety resistance was the main factor that resulted in the difference among the treatments. Resistance of tobacco variety K346 was significantly superior to that of K326. Light epidemic of tobacco bacterial wilt in flue-cured tobacco-rotation-planting on yellow upland soils among three field types indicated that rotation was effective measures for controlling this disease. Soils of composted barnyard manure had some effects of inhibition, which can postpone beginning date and decreased epidemic degree of this disease.
