    把叶分离工艺在打叶复烤中的应用

    Application of the Separating Processes of Tobacco Bundle and Leaf in theThreshing and Redrying Line

    • 摘要: 为解决打叶复烤加工过程中因把头未解把和烟叶过长使烟叶相互缠绕及烟叶与设备缠绕造成的堵料、物料流量不均匀等问题,对打叶复烤预处理段工艺进行了创新——把叶分离工艺。该工艺改变了以往打叶复烤工艺中对烟把进行机械或人工解把的概念,直接将烟把把头部分切断单独处理,实现把叶分离,分类加工。应用结果表明,解把率可达99%以上,堵料故障停机率、设备有效作业率显著改善,烟叶主要打叶质量指标得到不同程度改进,经济效益得到提高。

       

      Abstract: In order to resolve the problems that unloosening butts and long leaves tend to tangle together or twisted around machine, which results in jamming, tobacco flow interruption, and machine halt frequently, a process of pretreatment in the threshing and redrying line was designed and tested. This process changed the conception of manual or mechanical bundle loosening in threshing and redrying process, cutting off the butts of tobacco bundles directly as individual treatments. Some problems of the process of bundle loosening were resolved. The treatment of individual tobacco bundles by classification was discussed for improving purity of lamina and easing the load of previous process. The results showed that ratio of bundle loosening was above 99%, ratio of jamming breakdown and operation rate of machine were improved greatly, main quality indexes of threshing improved, and economic benefit increased.
