    溶剂助蒸馏法在烟草香气成分分析中的应用

    Application of Solvent Co-distillation in the Analysis of Tobacco Aroma Compounds

    • 摘要: 通过溶剂助蒸馏法分离、收集烟草中的香气物质,用GC/MS进行了定性分析,并用内标法进行定量分析。对烟草中近30种主要香气物质进行了定量分析,探讨了分析方法的重复性,比较了溶剂助蒸馏与同时蒸馏萃取对分析结果的影响。溶剂助蒸馏方法简便、快速,易于操作,重复性令人满意,定量结果接近同时蒸馏萃取法。

       

      Abstract: Solvent co-distillation was employed to isolate and collect the aroma compounds of tobacco, which were then determined by GC/MS. The major aroma compounds in the isolated mixture were quantified with the internal standard (methyl nicotinate) added. Compared with the simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE), the solvent co-distillation was fast, convenient, and easy to operate. The repeatability was satisfactory. The obtained result was comparable to those obtained from SDE.
