    Study and Development on QJ-Ⅱ Intensive Style Auto-control Tobacco Curing Equipment

    • 摘要: 针对我国土地资源紧张,烘烤设备分散,烘烤指导困难,烤房容量小,土地利用率低,能耗量大,烟叶烘烤质量难于保证等问题,采用微电脑编程控制进煤、升温、排湿、稳温、稳湿自控系统,确定了最佳容量为2 800~3 000 kg 鲜烟叶,散煤燃烧供热式自控供给参数与装烟室内温湿度,使烟叶变化较为协调,烘烤1 kg干烟叶平均耗煤1 kg,平均耗电0.41度,烤后烟叶外观品质和内在化学成分得到较大改善。

       

      Abstract: To Solve the problems such as land resources in short supply in China, dispersing curing equipment, difficult in curing supervision, small capacity of curing barn, low land utilization ratio, high energy consumption unreliable curing quality, the authors designed and built a heat supply style auto-control humidity curing equipment with capacity of 2 800~3 000kg green tobacco leaves by adopting the auto-control system of microcomputer program to feed coal, raise temperature, exhaust humidified air, stabilize temperature and humidity. The results indicated that auto-control providing parameter cohered with the changes of temperature, humidity of curing house and tobacco leaves, the average of coal and power consumption to cure 1kg dry tobacco leaf were 1kg, 0.41kwh respectively, the appearance quality and internal chemical components were improved.
